Return Policy

1. Once the order has been delivered, we do not take it back.
2. Payment once made is non-refundable.
3. On order cancellation that is done within 24 hours of placing it, credits of the same can be used for any other product.
4. Any issue related to any product should be brought to the notice DanceWear.LK management within 2 days of purchase.
5. Know your shoes size well; we will not be exchanging/refunding the product if it doesn’t fit you well.
6. We cover you if a defective piece has been delivered, it is broken, or a wrong piece has been delivered.
7. Once confirmation of transaction is sent via email by DanceWear.LK, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
8. DanceWear.LK management holds the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product.
